How can a simple dish of two slices of toast and cheese provide a broad insight into western cultural history and what makes it still a popular meal? margaretha jüngling shows how to make a vegan wheat sourdough toast. While the wheat sourdough toast rises, experimental and playful approaches to making your own cheese toasts (vegan also possible) will be tested and enjoyed together.
