The challenges of running a bakery business today are enormous. Baking artisan bread made from good raw materials doesn't seem to be enough, or in some cases it falls out of focus. What does it take to be commercially successful and bake authentically well at the same time?

Museum store

We carry a wide range of flours from different grains - but not only! In the museum store you will find kitchen items, baking and cooking books, snacks, games, Gschänkli and much more.
Of course, vouchers (for the museum, store, courses) are also available.
Selected flours are available at the following branches of Buchmann Beck: Binz, Hubertus, Max Bill (Oerlikon), Rieterplatz, Seefeld and at Walter!

Baking and cooking school

We not only knead dough and heat up the oven, but also sharpen knives and swing wooden spoons.
