This course is all about getting to know Bianca, making your own Lievito Madre and finally discovering the secret of relaxed dough management and crispy pizza, flavoursome focaccia and airy ciabatta. And, of course, the "aperitivo", where we enjoy the baked goods with matching cheese and mortadella with a glass of wine.
