Cookbook author Claudio del Principe is obsessed with baking with sourdough - and with Bianca, his mother yeast. Getting to know Bianca, preparing your own Lievito Madre and finally learning the secret of relaxed dough and crispy pizza, aromatic focaccia and airy ciabatta - that's what this course is all about. And of course about the "aperitivo", where we enjoy the baked goods with matching cheese and mortadella with a glass of wine.
