In this course, Chimgee Gerber shows you how to make different variations of the delicious Mongolian dumplings from scratch. Similar to Tibetan momos, buuz are steamed and kuushuur are fried. In the course, we will focus on the production and processing of the dough, which will be sealed with prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian fillings to create artistic dumplings. Together we enjoy buuz and kuushuur with matching side dishes and learn a lot about Mongolian (food) culture, recipes and history.
