Be our guest: Mühlerama Podcast

Sandwich

The sandwich is eaten millions of times a day. It has experienced rise and fall and is reinvented again and again. Is it a stopgap for a real meal? Or is the sandwich a dish between two slices of bread? The table talks about sandwich experiences, secret recipes and the history of the one-handed meal.

In this episode of "Be our guest" sit with us at the lunch table: Margaretha Jüngling, cook and artist, who has already conducted various sandwich workshops in our baking school. Luana Cardu, responsible for the reception and the museum store at Mühlerama , makes sandwiches for friends and family when they travel, and Julia Graf, she curates the baking school and has had her best sandwich in a dingy Italian bar. Pius Tschumi runs the museum and likes a simple salami sandwich with latte.
