Registration
Course registration via the website is binding.
Registration confirmation
After successful booking, you will receive an automatically generated registration confirmation by e-mail.
Cancellations
Tickets can only be canceled up to 7 days before the start of the course. The amount already paid will be refunded. The booked place can also be passed on to friends or acquaintances.
Rebooking
Rebooking to another date/course is possible in accordance with the cancellation rules (at least 7 days in advance). Request by reply to automatically generated registration confirmation.
Payment
Courses at the baking and cooking school are paid for via the online payment system on the homepage. In exceptional cases, payment can also be made against invoice.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased online here. With an existing voucher, a course can be booked with the note "I would like to pay with a voucher". The voucher must be presented upon entry to the event.
Implementation
The museum Mühlerama reserves the right to cancel or postpone events, e.g. in the event of insufficient participation or illness of the course instructors. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded.
