Magnus Zwyssig

is actually an architect. Cooking and baking are his passions. And because he loves things that are authentic and simple, he ended up making sourdough bread. He bakes small quantities at home and delivers them exclusively to a café every Saturday. And precisely because Magnus is a man who loves simplicity and minimalism, our classic "Sourdough Basics" course is in good hands with him.
