As part of the exhibition COPAIN - From Sandwich Classics to New Creations.
We encounter the sandwich all over the world. The classics include Panini and the Asian variants Banh Mi and Bao Bun. Kimchi toast or cheese rolls are other variations of the sandwich. With chef and artist Margaretha Jüngling, we prepare three sandwich classics and juxtapose them with our own creations.
A sandwich is much more than two slices of bread with filling. What is the best sandwich for you: which wrapper, which filling makes your mouth water?
Bring an ingredient to class that belongs in your dream sandwich.
The focus of the course is the preparation of sandwiches. We do not bake breads.
