Homemade plant based takeaway

with Susanne Vögeli

Eating healthy and climate-friendly at lunchtime, even in a busy everyday life? The cook and cookbook author Susanne Vögeli shows how we can eat for a whole week on the road: with homemade plant-based food. Thanks to clever planning, this takes little time and is easy on the wallet.

We cook dishes with vegetables, grains, legumes, fermented, nuts and spices. From these, we create five combinations for meals at the office or at school. This way we eat tasty and balanced every day.

Susanne Vögeli reveals tips and tricks to make homemade takeaway food a success: from stockpiling to cooking techniques that make grains and pulses easier to digest.

The course is suitable for vegan diet.
