Palestinian Mezze with an Italian Twist – EN

with Grazia and Basma

Mezze is more than just food—it’s a tradition of gathering, sharing, and cooking that transcends time and place. Basma & Grazia invite you to an evening exploring the world of Palestinian mezze with subtle Italian touches.

Together, we’ll prepare the most iconic Palestinian bread, Kae'k al Quds (also known as the Jerusalem bagel), alongside a curated selection of seasonal small plates. We’ll prepare dips and vegetables brimming with flavor and memories. Throughout the evening, we’ll share the stories behind the dishes, tracing their roots from the olive groves of Palestine to the coastal kitchens of Naples.

We’ll wrap up the evening by sitting down together to enjoy the full meal we’ve prepared—no hierarchy, no rush, just warmth and the joy of eating together. Basma & Grazia bring together the deeply rooted traditions of Palestinian and Neapolitan cuisines—rooted in shared culture, deep-seated memories, and the universal language of food.
