Baking and cooking school

Levantine bread & mezze - EN

with Grazia De Martino

In this workshop, we will immerse into the world of authentic Middle Eastern baking. Drawing from a decade of living in the Middle East and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture and hospitality, Grazia from Grazia's baking will guide you through the history, flavors, and traditions of some of the region's most beloved breads like Pita, Manakish, Ka'ak al Quds and vegetarian Lahmacun.

In this hands-on experience we will work with different doughs, practice shaping techniques, and experiment with both traditional and modern baking methods.
Alongside the bread, we will also prepare a selection of mezze to complement the flavors, including hummus, labneh, smoky eggplant mutabbal, and a fresh, zesty salad.

This Workshop will be held in English with course material in English and German.
