What makes Korean food so delicious? The secret is called "Jang":

Seasoning sauces that have been part of Korean cuisine for thousands of years, add a variety of flavors to dishes and are also particularly healthy. Ae Jin Huys demonstrates this in this cooking course with simple and convincing recipes that use local vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, cabbage etc. and show typical Korean preparation methods. All the ingredients are readily available in this country and, thanks to creative ideas and tried-and-tested preparation tips, are transformed in no time at all into healthy and delicious dishes with an authentic Korean flavor, which we also enjoy immediately over dinner.

This course is suitable for vegetarians (please specify in the comments) and will be held in English with course materials and recipes in German and English.
