The enthusiasm with which the successful book author and raves about his passion for gnocchi is contagious and inspires you to lend a hand yourself. In this course he will show us how to make gnocchi, gnudi, malfatti, etc... from different doughs and even fill them, with love and with all our senses. Claudio also teaches attitude in cooking and the right feeling for the ominous quantity of each mom: "Quanto basta". Finally, we enjoy the prepared gnocchi while eating together.
