Flatbreads are among humanity’s oldest foods—simple, versatile, and central to the culinary traditions of the Middle East and India. Traditionally baked on hot stones and over open fires, they have long served as both food and a way to share meals together.
In this hands-on workshop led by Grazia's Baking, you’ll learn to make fragrant naan, crispy lahmacun, and fluffy pita from scratch. You’ll explore the role of pre-fermentation in developing flavor and texture, while practicing the shaping and flattening techniques that give each flatbread its authentic character.
During the break, enjoy a selection of Middle Eastern and Indian mezze and spreads along with your freshly baked breads.
