Getting to know Bianca, preparing your own Lievito Madre and finally learning the secret of relaxed dough and crispy pizza, aromatic focaccia and airy ciabatta - that's what this course is all about. And of course about the "aperitivo", where we enjoy the baked goods with matching cheese and mortadella with a glass of wine.
