Making your own puff pastry? Sounds more complicated than it is. In this course, we learn from experienced restaurateur and event chef Miriam Monari how to make puff pastry without any preservatives, emulsifiers or other additives, what to look out for and - above all - that it tastes much better than store-bought pastry.
In this course, we will make a classic puff pastry in several stages. Miriam will also show you how to make various pastries such as aperitif pastries and pasties.
Please bring a cool bag so that the homemade puff pastry can be brought home safely.
