Biang Biang noodles for young and old

with Dian Dian Mian

In this course for children and their parents, grandparents, godparents, and godmothers, we will make hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles under the guidance of Dianer Ding. These wide Chinese noodles are a dish from Dianer's childhood and will be served for lunch together with the typical Dian Dian Mian side dishes, which have been adapted to suit children's tastes.

Recommended for children from primary school age at the earliest
