Working at the Mühlerama Museum

The Mühlerama is both a museum and a mill. Flour is produced almost daily in the over 100-year-old Tiefenbrunnen industrial mill - the oldest still active mill in Zurich. At the same time, our permanent exhibition on three floors tells the story of milling and bread. Special exhibitions and workshops are dedicated to topics relating to food, nutrition, enjoyment and sustainability. Particularly popular: our baking school, guided tours of the mill and interactive formats for young and old.
