In the framework of the exhibition COPAIN - An edible reflection around and about the sandwiches
What can you put on a slice of bread? With chef and artist Margaretha Jüngling, we reinvent the sandwich. In groups, we experiment with topping different types of toast and get to the bottom of our tastes. We will cook, mix and cut the ingredients that will go on the bread - including your desired ingredients.
How do the new combinations taste? While enjoying the sandwiches, we talk about taste and consistency, about cultures and eating habits.
Breads can be topped with anything we like. Bring an ingredient that wants to be on a slice of bread in some form.
The topping on the bread plays the main role in this course. We do not bake breads.
