General conditions for events
Registration
Your course registration via website is binding.
Registration confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail.
Cancellations
Cancellations 3 days before the event will be charged with half of the costs. No cancellation or cancellation less than 3 days before the event will be charged with the full costs. The booked place can be passed on to friends or acquaintances.
Payment
Courses of the baking, pasta and cooking school are paid via online payment system on the homepage. In exceptional cases, payment can also be made against invoice.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be obtained against invoice or payment on site directly from Mühlerama (Email: laden@muehlerama.ch). In case of postponement or cancellation of an event, the value amount is still available.
Realization
Mühlerama reserves the right to cancel or postpone events, e.g. in case of insufficient participation. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Mühlerama assumes no liability.
