We carry a wide range of flours from different grains - but not only! In the museum store you will find kitchen articles, baking and cooking books, snacks, games, Gschänkli and much more.
And of course we also offer vouchers (for museum, store, courses).
Selected flours are available in the following branches of Buchmann Beck: Binz, Hubertus, Max Bill (Oerlikon), Rieterplatz, Seefeld and at the Walter!

Evenings at the Museum - Every Wednesday until 9 pm
Every Wednesday at 6.30 pm guided mill tour à 30 min.
(alternating with tours through the special exhibition)
Normal admission CHF 15.-/ 9.- (free aperitif drink incl.)
Enjoy the decelerating whirring of the transmission belts and the singing roller mills in the quiet of the evening. Afterwards, you are welcome to continue exploring the museum until 9 pm or to sit in the bakery with an aperitif.
